Let me preface this by say that I never wear denim. I hate khakis. I long ago graduated from amorphous cargo pants you can buy at X-Mart. And, up until recently, I had been buying corduroy pants from a known brand, in the straight-cut/fit style (not slim-fit, ugh; I am not twenty and out to party!). But supply chain issues seem to have stopped that. Try as I might, none of my favorites have been available for months in my size (36/30). So I gave Amazon's Classic-fit a try (as their straight-cut/fit have not been available in recent months, and other brands had some curious reviews).I am pleasantly surprised. At this price point, I was expecting a lot less. The wales are quite pronounced (in terms of ridge height), giving the pants an overall 'plush' feel. And they are certainly wider than is common in a lot of brand name cords these days. I suspect this is a plus in the long-term, as smaller wales tend to wear out at stress points--the knees especially--a lot quicker. They also feature all the usual things: pockets (duh!), one with a coin pouch (who cares?), back pockets with buttons, and a nice and subtle cuff stitch at the bottom. They fit as described and look as they are pictured (sorta').Though I will say this, the colors are perhaps a bit deceptive. Black is, well, black. But dark olive has a bit more vibrancy than the pictures suggest. And light brown is, well, a touch more bright as well. Is that a deal-breaker at this price? No. And they are a casual fit, remember. So those looking for the more stylish cuts, be forewarned. But are they baggy? No. I also question the durability of the button above the zipper. It seems like a stitched-on afterthought. Thankfully, you can buy a good metal replacement button for next to nothing.Other reviews? Hmm. I can't speak to other sizes. And perhaps some of these people got a pair that were made after a particularly festive holiday in Bangladesh (where these are produced). Or perhaps they are not as long/short in the leg or slim in the tummy as they would like to believe (or, the idea of length and width is different across the pond or while traipsing through vineyards in Italy). But, based on my order, the idea of ordering one or two sizes beyond your normal sizing is a huge--pun and point intended--mistake. As for the quality? See above. Again, for the price point, you are not really losing out on anything. If anything, Amazon has done it again . . . providing a good product, at a good price, and providing it when others are not.I loved my other brand-name cords. Will I go back once shipping is set straight? Perhaps. And that is a testament to the value of these pants.Husband loved the cords and fitBought them a size bigger so I can tailor them down. Material as expected. Quality for a good price. And dimensions are accurate. A 38-34 is true to size.Title says it all. Color is a little more out there than the pictures suggestThese pants are great! I plan to buy a few more colors. They are good for the colder months, as they are a tad bit heavier than normal chino pants. They are warm, so I wouldn't consider wearing them on hot summer days. The fit is good, but mine were just the slightest bit baggy compared to my regular chinos. All in all, I would highly recommend them.Received my order promptly and in perfect condition. I ordered a little long (38x29) the first time so needed an exchange for the size 38x28. This company processed my return immediately and got my new order within 48 hrs. No hassle! The pants are soft and very comfortable. I have short legs and thick thighs so finding comfortable pants in thigh and crotch area is a challenge, but these fit perfect and able to move and squat comfortably. I will buy another pair if they hold up after wear and tear over a period of time.I was worried a bit because of that Covid weight and I’m short. The inseam is perfect and fit in the waist perfect. I love the color also it’s a 70’s sofa color. Going to wear with brown suede shoes, a cobalt blue button down, and grey tweed jacket. A modern vintage look.I always love codurouy pant. It looks great on me and it is easy to care for.First time of buying Amazon own label clothing. usually I prefer M&S trousers but recently their sizing is different from expectation. These however are a prefect fit. Not only that, they come in leg 34" which I have not seen before (usually 33" is the default option) and help to make these really nice to wear.Very pleased with these trousers nice fit, good quality for this price and quite stylish , try before you buy is a great system.Once again, Amazon gets it right ???I didn’t expect much for the money ,but thought the fit terrible. I gave them to my local charity shop .I have this slacks in several colors, and so far they hold up well, fit as advertised, and are very comfortable. Easily machine washable, without excessive shrinkage, and fairly wrinkle resistant. I wish they has a thin wale fabric as well, but I think these are a terrific value. I was also really happy with the selection of sizes available---makes for a very comfortable experienceTalla muy grande y es muy ancho. Devuelto
