I was just looking at sweaters on the Banana Republic website, and I swear to god, they'd charge you 100 dollars for the same da*n sweater. I haven't even washed this yet, and it doesn't matter. I've been buying clothes from places like J. Crew and Banana Republic and they all kinda lose their shine after one wash. I give up on trying for quality clothes because they don't exist. This is totally fine, and I paid 25 dollars for it!Also, I hate that everything is either cropped for 20 year olds or a baggy tunic made for women over 40 to crawl into and just disappear. It's not baggy, it's not tight. It falls just below my hips where a sweater should. I have been looking everywhere for this type of fit and now I've been driven into the arms of amazon essentials, which I do feel conflicted about.The seams don't look 100%, but honestly it's fine.So yeah, if I thought that the money from a 100 dollar sweater was going back into the hands of the person that made it, I'd consider it. Otherwise, it all comes out of the same sweatshop. Five stars.I've been looking for a navy/white striped sweater like this for 6 months. FINALLY. This one is good, and the price is fair. The fabric is just a wee bit too thin and see through. Also, it pilled like crazy under the arm pits (anywhere it rubs) on the very first day, so, not the best quality knit fabric. If not for the cheap fabric, otherwise it would have been 5 star. But, you get what you pay for.Great sweater, nice quality. Colors true to description. I'm typically an XXS, 5' 0 tall 95lbs, have a hard time finding clothes small enough without buying children's, XS was a tad big, I usually have to shrink everything anyway. I probably bought about 8 of these different colors, washed them threw them in the dryer and they shrunk enough I don't look like I am wearing someone else's clothes. I would highly recommend.This sweater is surprisingly fantastic. I bought the black and cream ones to replace older sweaters in my closet. Once the light gray and sage came back in stock, I bought those too. These sweater wash well and dry flat without wrinkles. They look good with a light shirt underneath and nice enough to wear to work. I wouldn’t recommend the lighter colors over bulkier or button up shirts as you can see all the lines. It is not very thick so don’t count on it for warmth.I'm 5'7", approx. 130 pounds, longer arms, slim build, narrow shoulders and torso. I work in a school setting, and wanted a sweater that wouldn't be too heavy for early fall into winter, but would also look good for parent meetings. The sweater is flatly woven, but I wouldn't call it 'silky - almost scratchy'. It is very boxy - the picture is now how this item looks on me! The arm length is longer than average, I think, which is good for me. I purchased the recommended Medium, but think I would try a Small next time - I think the sweater, on the whole) is a bit longer, so arm and torso length would be ok. Oh, I bought the coral color and it's very, very bright!A little oversized but still very flattering very beautiful shirt/sweater. I bought them in different colors. I feel you could order your normal size or go 1 size down for a snugger fit.I usually go for wool blends from j crew or BR when looking for crew neck sweaters. These have replaced my other sweaters. They wash well, no fading, very little pilling, nice fit, affordable.I love this Grey Heather, Animal Print sweater! It's so soft and easy to wear, and very attractive. Held up well in the wash.サイズ選択する際に L (ブランドサイズS) と L Slim があり、サイズ表を見ても違いが分からず、今回タイムセール だったのもあり、両方のサイズを注文しました。赤が Lサイズ (ブランドサイズS) ヘザーオートミールが L Slim です。写真１枚目 : L サイズの赤の方が身幅が少し細めです。L Slim の方が細身なのかと思っていましたが、逆でした。着丈は同じです。写真2枚目 : 脇の下から裾に行くにしたがって、サイズの差は 1.3cm, 2cm, 3cmとなっています。写真3枚目 : ヘザーオートミールのタグには " JP L " の表記があります(赤の方にはSMALL表記のタグ)。つまり、これは日本サイズL ということだと思います。Slim 表記があるものは日本のサイズそのまま(M Slim は日本のMサイズ)と考えて良さそうです。今まで違いが分かりませんでしたが今回きちんと比べることができました。ただ、１、2枚目の写真でも分かるように(平置きの状態で)この２つのサイズにそこまで大きな違いはなく、あくまで私の主観ですが、着た時も白の方が気持ちゆったりめかな？くらいでシルエットはほとんど大差無いように感じました。同じ着丈なのも要因のひとつかもしれません。一応、今後のサイズ選択の際に参考になればと思い、写真と共にレビューしました。ちなみに、商品は期待通りです！薄手で着心地が良いです。洗濯したら伸びるかもしれませんが、８００円くらいで購入できたので、その時はそういう物だと受け入れます。このお値段なら充分です。I purchased the grey animal print sweater, loved it so much and so bought the camel animal print one straight after. First of all, the price for each of these was a real bargain and I wasn't expecting much but they look lovely on, quite trendy and are a great fit (I am a size 10 and ordered size XS). They are also lightweight and keep you cool, perfect for this warm weather. I am very pleased with these, thanks Amazon.For an autumn sweater, it's absolutely ideal for layering, There is sufficient warmth on cooler days, but not too heavy on the occasional warmer ones! Washes beautifully and retains shape after natural drying. Only proviso is that it's a bit clingy, so go up a size for comfort. I have bought three in different colours and thoroughly recommend them.Heavy, thin, warm, and on the soft side though the use of cotton makes it somewhat less so. Would have liked to know the source of the materials...whether sustainably harvested and produced or unethically harvested from ancient forests and treated in plants that release toxins into the community. So 4 stars for wearability and style minus one for lack of information about fabric sourcing. The fit on the photos I added show a medium on a torso size of 36-31-36 at 5’2” tall .Genuinely wasn't expecting this to fit as am am petite. I ordered xs and thought it would be about an 8 to 10 (I am a 6)but it fitted perfectly. Lovely colour and fine knit will order more in different colours hopefully. ?
